摘  要:目的应用Amira 4.1.1软件重建窦房结三维立体结构并描绘外形,测量窦房结相关数据,为基础研究和临床应用提供参考依据。方法选取12只年龄、体重相仿的成年绵羊,雌雄不限,处死后取得心脏界沟组织块常规进行固定、石蜡包埋、切片、染色,依次用玻片扫描系统获取切片图像、Photoshop软件转换及配准图像,在Amira 4.1.1软件中对绵羊窦房结进行三维重建,测定窦房结纵横径及距界沟表面距离等参数。结果绵羊窦房结可分为三部分:第一部分为头部,向心腔方向膨大,发育比较好,占窦房结的体积比例最大,立体观呈倒置的葫芦状,位于上腔静脉内侧壁上,长轴为前上、后下方向;第二部分为尾部,向心外膜下方向膨大,发育较好,比头部略小,立体观呈梭形,内有恒定的窦房结中央动脉穿过,长轴为腹背方向;第三部分为体部,位于窦房结的中间部位,呈梯形,连接头、尾部,发育最差。窦房结最长径(12.75±0.41)mm,最宽径(3.00±0.36)mm,厚度(0.87±0.13)mm;窦房结浅层距界沟表面最大距离(1.30±0.24)mm,最短距离(0.28±0.02)mm。结论基于Amira 4.1.1绵羊窦房结的三维立体重建可以清晰重建出窦房结的立体形态,准确显示窦房结在界沟中的位置,可作为心脏研究与临床授课的实验模型。绵羊的窦房结位置、细胞成分与人类及其他哺乳动物类似,外部形态却有较大差异。Objective To reconstruct the three-dimensional structure of sinoatrial node (SAN) of sheep using Amira 4.1.1 software to observe shape of SAN, measure its related parameters and provide reference for the basic research and clinical application. Methods Twelve adult male or female sheep with similar age and body weight were selected. After killing them, the sulcus terminalis tissue block of the heart was get. The samples were conventionally conducted by fixation, paraffin embedding, sectioning and staining, and the slice image was get by the slide scanning system and transformed and registrated by Photoshop software, and then the three-dimensional reconstruction was conducted in Amira 4.1.1 software. The longitudinal and transverse diameters of the SAN, the distance of the SAN superficial layer to the surface of sulcus terminalis and other parameters were measured. Results The sheep SAN can be divided into three parts : the first part is the head part, presents an inverted gourd shape by 3 D view, expands to the heart chamber, develops better, accounts for the first proportion of the volume of SAN,locates in the inside wall of superior vena cava, and the long axis presents the direction from front-upward to back- downward;the second part is the tail part, presents a fusiformis view by 3D view, expands to the direction below the epicardium, develops better, is smaller than the head, presents the direction of ventral-backward on the long axis, and there is a constant SAN central artery across it ; the third part is the body part, presents a trapezoid view, situates to the middle position of SAN and connects the head part with tail part,developed worst. The longest diameter of SAN is ( 12.75 ± 0.41 )mm; the widest diameter is ( 3. 00 ± 0. 36) mm; the thickness is (0. 87 ± 0. 13 )mm; the maximal and the shortest distances of the SAN superficial layer to the surface of sulcus terminalis are ( 1.30 ± 0.24 ) mm and (0. 28±0.02)mm, respectively.
