摘  要:以N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)为交联单体,采用预乳化多步种子乳液聚合法制备了核/壳结构喷胶棉黏合剂乳液。研究了缓冲剂对乳液的黏度和粒径的影响,比较了热处理对常规乳液及核壳结构乳液的漆膜性能的影响。实验结果表明当NMA的含量为3.3%时,漆膜的性能最佳。透射电镜(TEM)及马尔文粒度分析证明形成了核壳结构。傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、接触角、摆杠硬度的测定表明在热处理后,NMA发生了自交联反应。Through multi-step seed emulsion polymerization with pre-emulsion, where the N-methylol acrylamide (NMA) was used as a cross-linking monomer, the latexes with core-shell structure were prepared for Spewing adhesives. The effects of the buffer agent on the latex viscosity and particle size and distribution in latex were studied. The effects of heat treatment on the film’s properties of conventional latexes and core-shell structure latexes were compared. It was found that when the NMA’s content is 3.3%, the paint film has the best performance. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Malvern particle size analysis indicate that the synthesized latexes have core-shell structure. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), contact angle and pendulum bar hardness show that NMA has occurred self-cross-linking reaction after the heat treatment.
