摘　　要：传统农村集体资产存在产权主体缺位、资产管理混乱等问题,使集体产权进行股份制改革成为必然。通过对广州市天河区农村集体经济股份合作制改革的过程和成功经验进行调研和分析,得出进行农村集体经济股份合作制改革,应以政府主导的强制性制度变迁为主,以综合配套为方向,并坚持"一村一策"的原则。The absence of property right subject, asset management chaotic and so on in traditional rural collective assets make the collective property shares system reform become inevitable. By investigation and analysis of the process and the successful experience of collective economic cooperative shares system reform in Tianhe District ru- ral, Guangzhou city, this paper found out that rural collective economic cooperative shares system reform in the Jin- shui District of Zhengzhou city should be mandatory institutional change led by the government, should be in the comprehensive direction and adhere to the principle of one village, one policy.
