摘 要:随着经济全球化的迅速发展、产业结构调整不断升级,人才的流失将会是企业面临的严峻挑战。研究领导者行为与员工离职之间的关系,有助于提高领导者行为的有效性,降低员工离职率。采用问卷调查和统计分析方法,分析了领导者品行端正行为、领导者显示信任行为、领导者进行沟通交流的行为、领导者进行授权的行为、领导者对下属关怀的行为、领导者整体行为,与员工离职的关系。研究结果表明领导者品行端正的行为、领导者显示信任的行为、领导者进行沟通交流的行为与员工离职的关系存在显著负相关。领导者进行授权的行为、领导者对下属关怀的行为、领导者整体行为与员工继续留在企业工作的关系存在显著正相关。With the rapid development of economic globalization, industrial structural adjustment upgrades ceaseless- ly trend, the loss of talent will be the enterprise faces serious challenges. Study of leadership behavior and employee turnover relationship, contributes to improve the leadership behavior effectiveness, reduce employee turnover, have great theory and realistic meaning. This paper analyzes the leader of moral behavior and employees' relationship, leader trust show behavior and employees' relationship, the leader communication behavior and employees' rela- tionship, the leader authorization behavior and employees' relationship, leader subordinate to the caring behavior and employees' relationship, leader of the overall behavior and employees the relationship. This paper is aim to re- search the relationship between employer' s behavior and employee' s dimission. It shows that employer' s personali- ties such as good character,trust behavior and communication behavior,have negative correlation with employee's dimission ; while employer' s solicitude act of authorization and collective behavior have positive correlation with em- ployee' s staying.
