新农村信息化建设存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：农村信息化建设对未来农村经济发展有巨大的推动作用,是农村发展的新趋势,也是促进农村经济再现辉煌的又一重要举措。信息化有助于从根本上解决"三农"问题,使农民真正享受到现代科技所带来的好处。通过对我国农村信息化的现状分析,阐释了农村信息化建设所面临的普及推广缓慢、农民信息意识欠缺、信息化人才匮乏、市场运营机制不完善等问题,提出了促进基础设施建设、提高农民信用应用意识、完善人才培养体系、创造良好的融资环境等解决方法。Rural informatization has enormous impetuses to the future development of the rural economy. It is the new trend of rural development and is another important measure to promote rural economic reproduction. Informa- tion technology is helpful to solve the ＂three rural＂ problem fundamentally and to make the farmers enjoy the bene- fits brought by modern science and technology. Through analyzing the present situation of rural informatization in China, this paper listed the problems of rural informatization like slow popularization, lack of awareness, inadequate of information talent, imperfect of market operation mechanism etc. and put forward the relevant countermeasures.
