摘  要:目的探讨静脉推注盐酸艾司洛尔在冠状动脉CT血管造影(CCTA)检查中的应用价值。资料与方法选择579例心率大于60次/min,并拟行CCTA检查的疑似冠心病患者,均静脉推注50 mg盐酸艾司洛尔后行CCTA检查。记录并比较推注盐酸艾司洛尔前后的心率值、血压值。结果静脉推注盐酸艾司洛尔后,418例(72.2%)降至目标心率,161例(27.8%)未降至目标心率;6例(1.0%)出现低血压、头晕及心悸等不良反应。静脉推注盐酸艾司洛尔后,患者心率、收缩压、舒张压均显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.082、7.780、9.256,P<0.001)。结论静脉推注盐酸艾司洛尔可以有效控制患者的心率,提高CCTA的图像质量。但存在低血压风险,应注意病情观察、药物不良反应的监测,以及用药知识宣教。PurposeTo investigate the effect of the Esmolol Hydrochloride injectionin coronary CT angiography (CCTA) scan. Materials and Methods 579 patients whowere scheduled to undergo CCTA examination for suspicious coronary heart disease withheart rate greater than 60 beats/min were enrolled in this study, all the subjects underwentCCTA scan after intravenous injection of 50 mg Esmolol Hydrochloride, heart rate andblood pressure before and after the injection were recorded and compared. Results Afterintravenous injection of Esmolol Hydrochloride, heart rate of 418 cases (72.2%) werelower down to target heart rate, 161 cases (27.8%) didn't reach the target heart rate andadverse reactions such as low blood pressure, dizzy and palpitation appeared in 6 cases(1.0%). After the intravenous injection of Esmolol Hydrochloride, heart rate, systolicblood pressure, diastolic blood pressure of the patients were significantly reduced, andthe difference was statistically significant (t=3.082, 7.780, 9.256; P〈0.001). ConclusionThe application of intravenous Esmolol Hydrochloride injection in CCTA can effectivelycontrol the patients' heart rate, thereby enhancing the image quality of CCTA. But there'sthe risk of hypotension, thus more attention should be paid to the observation of theadverse drug reactions and medication knowledge guiding in the nursing works.
