摘 要:目的 探讨自适应迭代重建算法(ASIR)结合自动管电流调制技术在腹部低剂量的应用.资料与方法 150例行腹部CT检查的患者按就诊顺序分成A、B、C组,每组各50例,采用自动毫安扫描技术行腹部CT检查,3组预设噪声指数(NI)分别为8、10、11,并采用ASIR为30%、40%、50%进行重建,分别记为A1、A2、A3、B1、B2、B3、C1、C2、C3.计算各组有效剂量(ED),由2名医师对图像质量进行评估.结果 图像质量均满足临床诊断要求,A组有效剂量为(5.74±1.45) mSv,B组为(3.35±1.35) mSv,C组为(2.57±1.71) mSv.除A1与B3、B1与C3组间图像噪声值差异无统计学意义,其余各组图像噪声值差异均有统计学意义(F=89.240~179.444,P<0.05).A3图像噪声值最低,图像质量评分最高(4.43±0.50)分,C1图像噪声值最高,图像质量评分最低(3.66±0.64)分.结论 ASIR结合自动管电流调制技术,可以大幅度降低腹部检查者的辐射剂量.Purpose To explore the application of the adaptive statistical iterativereconstruction (ASIR) combined with automatic tube current modulation in abdomen lowdose CT. Materials and Methods Totally 150 patients who underwent abdomen CT scanwith automatic tube current modulation were recruited and categorized into three groups(group A, B and C) according to treatment order. The noise index (NI) for three groupswere preset to 8, 10 and 11, respectively. Images were reconstructed by ASIR 30%, 40%and 50%, which was marked as A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, C1, C2 and C3, respectively.Effective dose (ED) of each group was calculated. Images quality was assessed basedon a 5-point scale by two radiologists. Results The image qualities met diagnosticrequirements. ED for group A, B and C was (5.74±1.45) mSv, (3.35±1.35) mSv and(2.57±1.71) mSv, respectively. There was no statistical difference of image noise betweengroup A1 and B3, as well as group B1 and C3. The image noise was the lowest in groupA3, but highest in group C1. The image quality was the highest in group A3 (score4.43±0.50), but the lowest in group C1 (score 3.66±0.64). Conclusion ASIR combined with automatic tube current modulation is helpful to reduce radiation dose in abdomen CTexamination.
