摘　　要：近年来，商务法制着力於加强市场流通法律体系建设，不断完善对外贸易和外商投资法律制度，积极推动出台＇走出去＇战略配套措施，为建设统一开放、竞争有序的现代市场体系，形成稳定透明的涉外经济管理体制，保障商务事业科学发展，完善社会主义法律体系发挥了重要作用。In recent years, the business legal system focused on the strengthening of the construction of the legal system concerning market circulation, constantly improved the legal system concerning foreign trade and foreign investment, actively promoted the introduction of the supporting measures for the＂going out＂ strategy, and played an important role in constructing the unified and open, competitive and orderly modern market system, forming the steady and transparent foreign-related economic management system, guaranteeing the scientific development of commercial business and improving the socialist legal system.
