摘  要:利用南京农业大学细胞遗传研究所育成的一套涉及不同簇毛麦染色体的异附加系和代换系以及 5个 6 VS/ 6 AL易位系 ,经 1997、1998、1999连续 3年在陕西、北京、四川进行小麦条锈病抗性接种鉴定 ,结果表明普通小麦 -簇毛麦 6 V异附加系 ,6 V(6 A)异代换系和 6 VS/ 6 AL易位系高抗条锈病菌条中 2 9、条中 31、水源 11- 2、水源 11- 5、水源 11- 13和杂 4 6 等强毒小种。考虑到含整组 V染色体的硬粒小麦 -簇毛麦双倍体不抗水源 11- 13小种 ,上述普通小麦 -簇毛麦 6 V异附加系、异代换系和 6 VS/6A set of common wheat ( Triticum aestivum ) alien addition and substitution lines involving different Haynaldia villosa chromosomes and five 6VS/6AL translocation lines deve loped by Institute of Cytogenetics, Nanjing Agricultural University, were identified for wheat yellow rust resistance. The resistance test was made by inoculating new races of Puccinia striiformis for three successive years, 1997, 1998 and 1999 in Shaanxi, Beijing and Sichuan. The results indicated that Triticum aestivum Haynaldia villosa alien addition line 6V, substitution lines 6V(6A) and translocation lines 6VS/6AL were high resistant to new races: CY29, CY31, Hybrid Ⅲ, Shuiyuan 11 2, Shuiyuan 11 5 and Shuiyuan 11 13 with strong virulence. The resistance of Triticum durum Haynaldia villosa amphiploid involving all 7 chromosomes of V genome excluded the race Shuiyuan 11 13. This might mean that the yellow rust resistance in the T.aestivum Haynaldia villosa addition line 6V, substitution lines 6V(6A) and translocation lines 6VS/6AL probably related with gene actions of different sources including wheat pa rents involved.
