摘　　要：探讨在信息技术飞速发展和网络应用日益普及的情况下,档案信息管理、传播及开发利用中的伦理失范问题,从道德、法制和技术三个方面寻求解决档案信息伦理失范问题,加强档案信息的伦理建设。With the development of network environment and information technology, archives information is facing some ethic problems in management, transmission, and use. This article discusses the methods to cope with the anomie of archive information ethics in terms of morality, law and technology, thus strengthening the construction of Archive information ethics.
