摘 要:考虑到滴头的制造偏差,提出了一种低压下优化后的滴头流量公式,并通过试验对比分析优化后的滴头流量公式与厂家给出的滴头流量公式。结果表明,滴头制造偏差特征值随滴头压力的减小有增大的趋势;低压下应考虑制造偏差对滴头流量的影响。与厂家给出的滴头流量公式相比,优化后的滴头流量公式能有效提高设计精度。An optimized equation of emitter flow under low pressure was proposed considering the manufac- turing deviation, and the optimized equation and emitter flow equation given by the producers were ana- lyzed comparatively through experiments. The results indicated that the characteristic value of emitter manufacturing deviation increased with the reduction of the pressure, and the effect of manufacturing devi- ation on emitter flow should be taken into account. Compared with the emitter flow equation given by the producers, the optimized flow equation could improve the design calculation accuracy effectively.
