摘 要:研究了调亏灌溉对设施延后栽培葡萄光合速率与蒸腾速率的影响。结果表明,净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)与气孔导度(Gs)的变化均为"双峰"曲线,萌芽期调亏下水分利用效率(WUE)最高。净光合速率与蒸腾速率、气孔导度显著正相关。与对照相比,调亏处理下蒸腾速率与气孔导度的相关系数比对照高,一定的水分胁迫可提高植物自身通过气孔对环境的调节能力。Effects of regulated deficit irrigation on the photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of green- house grape were studied in Zhangye irrigation experiment station. The results showed that: the changes of net photosynthetic rate(Pn), transpiration rate(Tr) and stomatal conductance(Gs) were all double-peak curves. The moderate regulated deficit in the sprout stage had the highest WUE. Net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance value had a significant positive correlation. Compared to con- trast treatment, the correlation coefficient between the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance under regulated deficit was higher than that in the contrast treatment, which showed that a certain water stress could improve the ability of plant regulating environment through the stomatal.
