摘　　要：论文指出:我国东部与中西部地区农家书屋现状是建设资金已全部到位、基础设施基本达标、图书更新缓慢、管理员能完成基本管理工作、书屋利用存在差异,并提出后书屋时代农家书屋可持续发展策略,即:用足用好国家财政拨款,使农家书屋持续发展有稳定的资金保障;成立以公共图书馆为主体的农家书屋联盟,实现资源共建共享;加快数字化农家书屋建设步伐;加强管理员培训及交流,提高农家书屋的吸引力和利用率。This paper points out that the present situation of the construction of the village library after the village library era in the eastern and midwestern regions of China is, that the construction funds have been put in place, basic infrastructures have reached the standard, books update is slow, administrators can perform basic management work, and the use of the village library is differem：e, h proposes the sustainable development strategy of the village library after the village library era, namely making full use of the national financial allocations in order to have a stable financial support; setting up a village library alliance which take the public library as the main body to achieve resource sharing; accelerating the pace of the construction of digital village library; and strengthening the administrators＇ training and exchange, so as to enhance the attraction and utilization of the village library.
