摘　　要：通过对中外大学决策权力运行机制进行比较研究,发现当前我国大学决策权力运行中存在体制不健全、民主化程度不高、决策监督机制不完善等问题。对此,应明确分工与职责,不断健全大学决策体制;加强决策制度建设,保证决策的规范有效;推进多元治理,增强大学决策的科学化和民主化。Through a comparative study on Chinese and foreign countries universities decision-making mechanisms, this paper finds some prominent problems in Chinese universities decision-making mechanism, such as that the system is not sound enough, the degree of democracy is not high, supervision is inadequate, etc. To further improve Chinese universities decision-making mechanism, there should be clear roles and responsibilities, and constant improvement of universities decision-making system; strengthening of the decision-making system construction, so as to ensure that decision-making is standardized and effective, to promote multiple governance, and to enhance universities decision-making scientific and democratic.
