摘  要:针对柴油机摩擦磨损过程中的主要摩擦副——缸套-活塞环,基于摩擦磨损机理对磨合过程中以接触面塑性变形为主的磨合时间进行了设计,并采用摩擦副负荷能储备系数方法对磨合工况进行了设计和优化,最后采用润滑油样光谱和铁谱分析方法对设计的磨合规范进行了验证和分析。结果表明,270min的台架磨合规范未能使缸套-活塞环摩擦副的磨合进行彻底,采用新方法对磨合时间和磨合工况调整后,磨合过程得到了进一步的改善。For the main friction pair of cylinder liner and piston ring during the friction and wear of diesel engine,the runningin time based on the plastic deformation was designed according to the friction and wear principle.With the reserve coefficient method of friction load,the running-in conditions was designed and optimized.Finally,the designed running-in criterion was analyzed and verified by the spectrum and ferrography methods.The results show that the original 270min bench running-in criterion cannot ensure the thorough running-in of cylinder liner-piston ring pair.The newly-developed running-in criterion optimizes the running-in time and running-in conditions,which improves the running-in process.
