摘　　要：本文介绍了美国、欧盟、日本、加拿大等国对化妆品中纳米材料进行管理的政府机构、法律法规和指南等文件,并介绍了国际化妆品监管合作组织发布的化妆品中纳米材料有关的报告,以供国内政府机构和企业借鉴。This paper introduces the supervision authority, regulations, guidelines and other regulatory documents related to the supervision of Nanomaterials in cosmetics in the US, EU, Japan and Canada, and also introduces the relevant reports developed by International Cooperation on Cosmetics Regulation （ICCR）, providing references for Chinese governments and enterprises.
