针药结合配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍21例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针药结合配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:将脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者40例分为治疗组21例,对照组19例,治疗组采用针药结合配合康复训练治疗,对照组采用单纯康复训练治疗。两组均治疗4周后进行疗效评定。结果:总有效率治疗组为80.95%,对照组为57.89%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针药结合配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍有较好疗效。Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture -medicine therapy combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke. Methods：Forty patients with dysphagia after stroke were divided into treatment group （n = 21 ） and control group （n = 19）. The treatment group received acupuncture -medicine therapy combined with rehabilitation training ,while the control group received rehabilitation training alone. The treatment outcomes of the two groups were evaluated after 4 weeks of treatment. Results ：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group （80. 95% vs 57. 89% ,P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion ：Acupuncture -medicine therapy combined with rehabilitation training has a good clinical effect in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.
