肿痛消巴布膏对腰椎间盘突出大鼠模型TNF-α表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究肿痛消巴布膏对腰椎间盘突出大鼠模型肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)表达的影响。方法:将48只实验大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、肿痛消巴布膏组、狗皮膏组,每组12只。对除正常组外的其余组大鼠采用髓核垫压法制备椎间盘突出大鼠模型,对肿痛消巴布膏组与狗皮膏组分别贴敷肿痛消巴布膏与狗皮膏,造模成功后第7、14、21天分别测量相应神经根周围组织中TNF-α含量,对比观察肿痛消巴布膏与狗皮膏对TNF-α表达影响的差异。结果:模型组与正常组相比,TNF-α含量明显升高(P<0.01),给予肿痛消巴布膏与狗皮膏贴敷后,两组TNF-α含量均明显降低(P<0.05),肿痛消巴布膏组下降优于狗皮膏组(P<0.05)。结论:肿痛消巴布膏具有明显抑制椎间盘突出大鼠模型神经根周围组织中TNF-α含量的作用。Objective ： To study the effect of Zhongtongxiao cataplasma on the expression of tumour necrosis factor -α （ TNF -α in the rat model of lumbar disc herniation （LDH）. Methods ： Forty - eight experimental rats were randomly and equally divided into normal group, model group, Zhongtongxiao cataplasma group, and dogskin plaster group. All rats except those in normal group were treated by pressing the nucleus pulposus to establish a rat model of LDH. The Zhongtongxiao cataplasma group and dogskin plaster group received treatment with Zhongtongxiao cataplasma and dogskin plaster, respectively. On the 7th, 14th, and 21 st days after the model was successfully established, the content of TNF -α in the tissue around the nerve root was determined and then compared between the two groups. Resuhs：The model group had a significantly increased TNF-α content compared with the normal group （P 〈0. 01 ）. The Zhongtongxiao cataplasma group and dogskin piaster group had significantly reduced TNF -α content compared with the model group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the Zhongtongxiao cataplasma group had a significantly higher reduction than the dogskin plaster group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Zhongtongxiao cataplasma can significantly inhibit the increase in the content of TNF-o~ in the tissue around the nerve root among rats with LDH.
