摘 要:随着易选铝土矿资源的不断耗竭,细粒嵌布的高硅难选铝土矿成为重要原料。本文针对云南典型高铝高硅铝土矿,其含Al2O360.85%,SiO220.80%,铝硅比2.92,采用阶段磨矿阶段浮选脱硅工艺,研究了磨矿细度、药剂种类、药剂用量等因素对降硅过程的影响。在粗磨细度为-0.074mm 70%时进行一段浮选脱硅,粗精矿再磨至-0.037mm 90%后进行二段浮选脱硅,最终闭路试验获得铝土矿精矿产率62.74%,Al2O3品位69.23%,含SiO210.32%,A/S为6.71,Al2O3回收率为71.79%的良好指标。本研究对我国高硅铝土矿资源的开发利用具有重要借鉴意义。With the continuous depletion of high grade bauxite, the fine disseminated bauxite with high silicon has become an important material. In this paper, an innovative stage grinding and stage flotation desilication process is studied for this bauxite in Yunnan province, and the influencing factors are also researched, such as grinding fineness, collector types and dosage, etc. Under the - 0.074mm rough grinding fineness of 70%, one stage flotation desilication is conducted ,then the coarse concentrate is reground into -0. 037mm of 90%, the two stage flotation desilication is carried out, the experiments resuits show that the yield of bauxite concentrate is 62.74% ,and it contains about Al2O3 of 69.23%, SiO2 of 10.32% ,Al/Si of 6.71 is obtained from initial high aluminum and silicon bauxite (Al/Si of 2.92, Al2O3 of 60.85% and SiO2 of 20.80% ). The recovery of Al2O3 is 71.79%.
