从碱焙烧硼精矿脱硼硅渣中硫酸铵浸出镁的研究

摘  要:以碱焙烧硼精矿脱硼硅渣为原料,研究用硫酸铵溶液从脱硼硅渣浸出镁的过程中反应温度、反应时间、原料配比和液固比对镁浸出率的影响。确定最佳工艺条件为:硫酸铵与脱硼硅渣中镁的摩尔比2.4∶1、反应时间90min、反应温度100℃、液固比为16∶1。在该条件下,浸出率为72.02%。为了提高镁的浸出率,对浸出过程采用逆流操作,使镁浸出率达到85%左右。The raw samples were residues which were gained by boron -concentrate ore roasted with alkali. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, ratio of the residues to ammonium sulfate, ratio of liquid to solid on the leaching ratio of magnesium were investigated. The optimum processing conditions were obtained by the orthogonal experiment based on single factor experiments, which ratio of the magnesium in residues to ammonium sulfate was 2.4: 1, reacting time was 90min, reacting temperature was 100℃, ratio of liquid to solid was 16: 1. The leaching ratio of magnesium was 72.02%. Countercurrent operation was used to optimize the leaching process in this paper which the leaching ratio of nmgnesium could be improved to 85%.
