摘  要:研究Mn含量及时效温度对ZL104铝合金力学性能和断口形貌的影响。结果表明:在三种时效温度:165℃、175℃、185℃三种条件下,合金的抗拉强度和硬度都随Mn含量的增加逐渐升高,舍金的伸长率随Mn含量的增加逐步下降。在165℃~175℃时效温度范围,三种Mn含量质量分数分别为(0.2%、0.4%、0.6%)合金的抗拉强度、硬度随时效温度的上升而逐渐升高,超过175℃以后又呈下降趋势。在165℃~175℃时效温度区间,伸长率随着时效温度的增加而逐渐降低;在时效温度为175℃~185℃区间时,伸长率则随着时效温度的升高逐渐增加。Effects of Mn content and aging temperature on mechanical properties and fracture morphology of ZL104 alloy were studied. Results showed that the tensile strength and hardness gradually increased and alloy elongation declined slowly with Mn content increased under three aging temperature of 165 ℃, 175℃ and 185℃. When the aging temperature between 165℃ and 175℃, tensile strength, hardness of three kinds of Mn content of 0.2%, 0.4% and 0. 6% alloy gradually rose with a rise in temperature, then reduced when the temperature was more than 175℃. The percentage elongation gradually diminished with the aging temperature increased when the aging temperature was in the range of 165 - 175℃ and it gradually increased with the aging temperature increased when the aging temperature was in the range of 175 - 185℃.
