摘  要:介绍了武钢首批试制的高强度核电用钢厚板富氩气体保护焊性能试验,按照第3代核电技术(AP1000)用钢提出的焊接技术条件,对36mm和48mm 2种规格的核电用厚钢板进行了富氩气体保护焊性能试验。结果表明:采用WER60HD专用焊丝匹配WHD585E钢厚板所得焊接接头综合力学性能优良,能满足第3代核电技术用钢提出的焊接技术条件。The research on the GMAW weldability of high strength nuclear power steel thick plate WHD585E produced by Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group)Corporation,was in-troduced in this paper.As per the welding technical requirements of steels used in the third generation nuclear power AP1000,the weldability tests were conducted on the 36 mm and 48 mm nuclear power steel thick plates with gas metal arc welding (GMAW). Results show that the GMAW joints produced by matching the WHD585E thick plates with WER60HD specified welding wires for nuclear power steel are of good comprehen-sive mechanical properties,which could completely meet the welding technical require-ments of nuclear power steels used in AP1000.
