摘　　要：转炉固定烟道在转炉生产中起着十分重要的作用,其变形后严重影响转炉的安全生产。对烟罩进行挖补焊接和更换烟道损坏的受热管,可快速修复烟道,恢复转炉正常生产,节省了更换整个固定烟道的设备费用。BOF fixed flue plays a very important role in the production of BOF,the de-formation of which will seriously affect converter production＆#39;s safety.To dig the welding hood and change the broken flue tube,can quick fixes the flue.To dig welding and plug the broken heating pipe of the flue,the fixed flue can be timely repaired,which can re-main the BOF normal production and save equipment costs of changing the entire fixed flue.
