酸轧联机卧式活套轮盘炸裂原因分析与解决措施

摘　　要：针对武钢冷轧总厂二分厂酸轧机组在运行初期多次出现的活套内机械轮盘炸裂问题,通过对活套轮盘垫块材质的改进、活套张力设定优化、活套前后S辊张力优化匹配及活套钢绳张力比例阀调节优化等手段,彻底解决了轮盘炸裂的问题。改进后再也没有出现过这类设备故障,与改进前相比,机组故障时间平均减少48h/a。In view of the problem of the turntable burst of horizontal looper in PL-TCM of No. 2 Branch of Cold Rolling Mill of WISCO at the beginning of its operation,some measures were adopted,such as using the mat which is made of better material,optimization adjusting looper′s tension setting,optimization adj usting the tension in front of looper and the tension behind looper and proportion valve output adj ustment etc.Then the turntable of looper never burst anymore,and fault time of PL-TCM reduced 48 hour per year.
