摘 要:高岭土是一种重要的非金属矿产资源,是豫北地区的优势矿产之一。矿体赋存于石炭系中统本溪组中上部,具有较好的成矿条件,层位稳定,厚度较大,具有较大的远景储量。高岭土常含有铁、钛等着色杂质,影响其烧结白度及其他性能,限制了其应用。因此,对高岭土含杂及除铁除杂增白的技术研究尤为重要。通过分析豫北地区高岭土矿资源状况,探讨高岭土矿资源综合利用途径,为豫北地区矿产资源规划及矿业经济可持续发展提供科学依据。Kaolin, a superior resource in north Henan province, is kind of important non - metallic mineral resource. The ore bodies occur in upper part of Middle Benxi Group in Carboniferous sys- tem with characteristics of good minerogenetic conditions, stable horizon, large thickness and large prospective reserves. Because of the content of colored impurities like iron and titanium, its sinte- ring whiteness is decreased and other properties are greatly affected, which limit its industrial appli- cation. Therefore, the study on analysis of impurities and removal of them for whiteness improve- ment is critical in industry. A comprehensive study has been conducted on kaolin resources in north Henan province to explore new methods for kaolin resource utilization, and provide a scientific basis for mining resources planning and sustainable development of mining economics in this area.
