摘 要:采用四组不同孔径和厚度的节流孔板试验研究了搅拌阻尼型风能致热装置功率吸收的一般规律。根据试验数据绘制了液压油温度随时间变化曲线和节流孔板前后压差随时间变化曲线,试验结果分析表明:节流孔径越小,装置流量越小,孔板前后压差越大,油液温升越低;孔板厚度越薄,流量越大,孔板前后压差越小。该试验为搅拌阻尼型风能致热的后续研究提供了理论和试验基础。Four different types of throttle orifice plate were used tO study the universal law of power absorption about the stirred & damped wind-heating system. According to the test data, variation curves about hydraulic oil temperature and differential pressure of the throttle orifice plate were painted separately. Test results showed that smaller orifice plate aperture lead to smaller device flow, higher differential pressure of the throttle orifice plate and lower the temperature of hydraulic oil. Moreover, thinner orifice plate meant greater device flow and lower differential pressure of the throttle orifice plate. The experiment provided a theoretical and experimental basis for further research of the stirred & damped wind-heating system.
