摘 要:目的 描述承德平泉县一般人群全血中铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、硒(Se)、锰(Mn)、钼(Mo)、钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、钒(V)8种微量元素的含量,确定其在全血中的正常参考值范围.方法 应用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定,使用SPSS19.0进行统计分析.结果 承德平泉县一般人群全血中8种微量元素正常参考值范围:男性Cu591.15 -969.21 μg/L,女性Cu 626.25 - 1063.54μg/L;男性Zn 2 382.35 -5 537.20μg/L,女性Zn2 561.40-4 800.17μg/L;男性Se 116.47- 240.22μg/L,女性Se 115.17 - 206.72μg/L;男性Mn 5.84- 15.40μg/L,女性Mn6.52 - 19.01 μg/L;男性、女性Mo均为0.17-1.94μg/L;男性Co 0.31 -0.67μg/L,女性Co 0.39 -0.97 μg/L;男性Ni 0.81 -8.29μg/L,女性Ni 1.94 - 12.40μg/L;男性V 2.04-6.07 μg/L,女性V 2.06-6.68 μg/L.结论 初步制定了承德市平泉县不同性别居民的8种微量元素正常参考值,为本地区开展相关的疾病预防控制工作提供了理论依据,也为制定全国范围内一般人群全血中微量元素的正常参考值奠定了基础.Objective To describe the concentration of Cu,Zn,Se,Mn,Mo,Co,Ni,V and their distribution features in whole blood among general population for the normal reference ranges of the eight elements.Methods The trace elements in whole blood were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the data.Results The normal reference range of trace elements among general population in Chengde were Cu for male 591.15-969.21μg/L and for female 626.25-1 063.54μg/L,Zn for male 2 382.35-5 537.20bμg/L and for female 2 561.40-4 800.17μg/L,Se for male 116.47-240.22μg/L and for female 115.17-206.72μg/L,Mn for male 5.84-15.40μg/L and for female 6.52-19.01 μg/L,Mo for both male and female 0.17-1.94μg/L,Co for male 0.31-0.67μg/L and for female 0.39-0.97pμg/L,Ni for male 0.81-8.29μg/L and for female 1.94-12.40μg/L,V for male 2.04-6.07 μg/L and for female 2.06-6.68 μg/L.Conclusion The investigation established normal reference value of eight kinds of trace elements for the residents in Pingquan town of Chengde.It not only provided the theoretical basis for the region study in the relevant work of disease prevention and control,but also laid a foundation for the nationwide normal reference value of the trace elements in the general population's whole blood.
