电力市场的稳定性研究

摘　　要：建立了电力市场的离散动态模型 ,在小扰动前提下进行一阶泰勒展开 ,得到线性模型 ,然后根据广义线性离散系统解的稳定概念和判据 ,得到了电力市场的小扰动稳定性定义和判据 :若该线性模型的系数矩阵的谱半径小于 1 ,则市场稳定 ;若系数矩阵的谱半径等于 1且市场动态模型为线性模型 ,则市场临界稳定 ;若系数矩阵的谱半径大于 1 ,则市场不稳定。最后通过阻塞对电力市场稳定性的影响进行分析 ,认为阻塞对电力市场稳定性影响十分复杂 ,需进一步研究。A discrete dynamic m odel for power market is established firstly,and then a linear model is obtained by Taylor expansion on the sm all- signal condition.Based on the theory of a generalized system,the definition and criterion for the small- signal stability of power m arket are derived.At last,the conclusion thus come out:if the spectral radius of the coefficient matrix of the obtained linear m odel is less than 1,a power marketis stable;if the spectral radius of the coefficient matrix is equal to1,a power m arket is critical stable;if the spectral radius of the coefficientm atrix is greater than1,a power market is unstable.The research on the effect of the congestion to the stability of power markets is also presented.However, it is founded that this sort of problem s is very com plicated and needs further study.
