摘　　要：信息获取是基本的信息活动,信息获取权是社会公众的基本信息权利。信息获取权的内容包括:信息资源内容选择权、信息获取技术知悉权、信息传播渠道接触权、信息服务质量保障权。Information access is a fundamental information activity. The right to access information is an essential information right of the public. The content of the right to access information contains the right to choose the content of information resource, the right to aware the technology of information access, the right to access the channels of information dissemination, and the right to guarantee the quality of information service.
