摘　　要：分析信号分析与企业竞争情报危机预警的过程,构建基于信号分析的企业竞争情报危机预警模式,提出模式实施需要注意的建议:信号分析过程是一个循环的过程,特别需要关注弱信号的分析,通过检验的假设并不等于事实真相,需要注重信号分析人员情报思维的训练等。希望可以为企业竞争情报危机预警提供一种新的思路与方法。This paper firstly analyzes the process of signal analysis and enterprise competitive intelligence crisis early warn- ing. Then the paper constructs the model of enterprise competitive intelligence crisis early warning based on signal analysis. Finally, the paper puts forward the suggestions for the implementation of model, that is, the process of signal analysis is a cyclic process, the analysis of weak signals particularly needs to focus on, the tested hypothesis is not equal to the truth, and the training of intelli- gence thinking for signal analysts are also needed. The paper is going to provide a new idea and method for enterprise competitive in- telligence crisis early warning.
