摘　　要：文章介绍了纽约市数据公开计划实施的基本情况,从法规理念、实施机构、路线计划、整合方案、数据管理等方面分析了纽约市数据公开计划的主要特点和成功经验,并对比我国政府信息公开的实践活动,从终端、平台、利用方式3个维度探讨了纽约市数据公开计划对我政府信息公开活动的借鉴意义。This paper introduces the basic situation of the implementation of NYC Open Data, analyzes the characteristics and successful experience of NYC Open Data from the aspects of regulatory concept, implementing agencies, route planning, integra- tion solutions, and data management. Moreover, the paper compares the practice activities of government information publicity in China, and discusses the significance of government information publicity in China enlightened by NYC Open Data from three di- mensions, including terminal, platform and using method.
