摘　　要：本文利用中国工业行业2003年6月至2013年6月的月度统计数据,重点探讨了在国际性金融危机冲击以及我国相关政策法规变化下,商业信用的发展对中国工业行业出口贸易恢复的影响作用。本文的实证研究发现,在国际金融危机冲击下,商业信用在中国工业行业部门应对外部需求不断恶化以及出口艰难等困境方面发挥了积极的作用;采用异质性面板数据实证研究方法,本文发现商业信用与出口贸易之间具有双向的Granger意义上的因果关系。最后,结合经验发现提供了相关政策建议和启示。This paper mainly probes into the effects of trade credit development on the export trade recovery of Chinese industry in the background of the international financial crisis shock and the change in the relevant policies and laws by using the monthly data on Chinese industry from June of 2003 to June of 2013. The empirical research of this paper finds that when shocked by international financial crisis,trade credit played an active role while Chinese industrial departments dealed with worsening external demands and export difficulty.This paper finds that bidirectional causality in the sense of Granger exists between trade credit and export trade by using empirical research method of heterogeneous panel data. Finally,this paper gives relevant policy suggestions and inspiration in connection experiences.
