江苏地区茜草饮片生熟异用的临床初步调查

摘　　要：目的:了解江苏地区茜草饮片生熟异用的临床现状。方法:收集2011年江苏境内8家中医院全年门诊含茜草的首诊处方共3 639张,对处方相关信息进行频数分析。结果:含茜草处方主要来源于妇科、肾内科、肿瘤科、皮肤科、呼吸科,多用于治疗月经病、慢性肾脏疾病、乳腺癌、过敏性紫癜、肺癌、大肠癌、胃癌、肝癌及其他。所治证型多兼杂血热、血瘀、血热夹瘀。且茜草在理血方中生熟异用的功效取向并无根本差异。结论:江苏地区茜草入药以生品居多,生茜草本身具有活血和止血双向调节功效,临床应用不必机械地遵循"生用活血、炒炭止血"的说法。OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the clinical application of raw and processed products of Rubia cordifolia in Jiangsu ar- ea. METHODS ： 3 639 prescriptions of first diagnosis containing R. cordifolia were collected from 8 TCM hospitals in Jiangsu area in 2011, and the relevant information of these prescriptions were processed by frequency analysis. RESULTS： The prescriptions containing R. cordifolia came mainly from the department of gynaecology, nephrology and oncology, and were used to treat menop- athy, chronic kidney disease and breast cancer. The syndrome types treated by these prescriptions mostly included blood-heat or blood stagnation. In addition, the effect orientation between raw and processed products of R. cordifolia showed no fundamental dif- ference in prescriptions for regulating blood. CONCLUSIONS： The raw products of R. cordifolia, having biphasic effect in activat- ing blood and stopping blood, are mostly used as medicine in Jiangsu area. The view that the raw products of R. cordifolia activate blood while its processed products stop blood, is no necessary to be followed mechanically in clinical application.
