大学生成就动机与信息搜寻行为的关系

摘　　要：为探究大学生成就动机和信息搜寻行为之间的关系,本研究应用成就动机量表和信息搜寻行为量表,对610名在校大学生进行了问卷调查,用统计学方法对数据进行了处理和分析。结果显示:(1)大学生成就动机在不同年级方面存在差异;(2)大学生信息搜寻行为在生源地、是否为独生子女以及是否受过信息素养教育上存在差异;(3)大学生成就动机与信息搜寻行为存在正相关关系。在此基础上得出结论,教育者可以通过帮助和激发大学生成就动机来提高他们的信息搜寻行为水平。To eplore the relationships between the achievement motivation and information seeking behaviors of university students, a total of 610 students were investigated by means of questionnaire and the statistical methods were used to analyze the results. The results show that there are significant differences in their achievement motivations among different grades, the information seeking behaviors relate to the places where they come from, whether they are the only child of a family and whether they have received information literacy education, and the achievement motivation and information seeking behaviors of university students are significantly correlated. Then a conclusion is drawn that the instructors should inspire their achievement motivation to improve their information seeking behaviors.
