摘　　要：从资源、服务、人、效果四个方面探讨了图书馆文献传递的构成要素,从资源保障、用户服务、队伍建设、用户满意度四个方面,分12个二级指标、40个三级指标架构了图书馆文献传递的评估指标体系,目的是为完善文献传递的体系结构,创新与优化文献传递服务内容、促使文献传递规范化建设和共建共享活动可持续发展提供依据。This paper has discussed the elements service, personnel Concerned and effects. And of library document delivery from four aspects of resource, also, based on the aspects of resource support, user＇ service, team construction and the degree of user＇s approval, the paper has constructed the evaluation index system of library document delivery with 12 secondary indexes and 40 third-class indexes. The aim of this study is to provide the basis for perfecting the document delivery system, innovating and optimizing the contents of document delivery service, urging the standardization of document delivery and ensuring the sustainable development of co-construction and sharing activities.
