摘　　要：血管性痴呆(VD)是一种严重的认知障碍性疾病,极大的影响患者生活质量,目前在临床尚无特效药。针灸作为一种特色疗法,治疗VD可改善功能障碍,提高患者的生活质量。以"血管性痴呆、针或灸"为主题词,检索了2008年7月20日至2013年6月20日中国知网有关针灸治疗VD的文献共171篇,对相关文章分类整理并进行归纳分析,系统总结了针灸治疗VD的进展、优势与不足,以期能更好的指导临床治疗。Currently there is no specific medication for treatment of vascular dementia（VD）,which is a severe cognitive dysfunction that greatly affects the quality of life in patients. As a kind of characteristic therapy, the treatment of VD with acupuncture can improve dysfunction and the quality of life of patients. In this study, ＂vascular dementia＂ and ＂acupuncture and/or moxibustion＂ were used as the keywords,and Chinese HowNet full-text databases were searched for literatures published from July 20,2008 to June 20,2013. A total of 171 articles related to the treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion were found,which were sorted and analyzed. This study summarized the progress,advantage and disadvantages of the acupuncture treatment for VD, providing the better guide in clinical treatment.
