摘　　要：灸法美容是中医美容的重要组成部分,在临床美容方面具有整体治疗,美容持久,操作方便和安全可靠等特点。近年来灸法在治疗痤疮、脱发斑秃、黄褐斑、疣以及色素沉着和黑眼圈等方面效果明显。研究表明,灸法还具有润肤除皱,消除雀斑黄气,驱走暗疮,除眼袋和延缓皮肤衰老等功效。对灸法美容的发展概况、临床研究和机制研究等方面进行概述,探究灸法美容的价值,总结灸法美容发展存在的不足并提出展望。The therapy of moxibustion for beauty and skin care is an important part of Chinese medicine for beauty and skin care,which has characteristics including lasting effect,easy to operate,safe and reliable. In recent years,the therapy of moxibustion has obvious effects on the treatment of acne, alopecia areata, chloasma,warts,pigmentation and dark circles. Studies showed that that moxibustion also could moisturize anti-wrinkle,eliminate freckles,improve color of skin, drive away the pimples, eliminate pouch and postpone skin aging. The article gave an overview on the development of moxibustion for beauty and skin care,clinical study and its mechanism research. The study also explored the special value of moxibustion for beauty and skin care,summarized the deficiency of moxibustion beauty and proposed development prospects.
