摘　　要：通过对球体颗粒衍射模型和方孔衍射的理论分析 ,讨论了用方孔标准粒子板代替圆孔标准粒子板所带来的修正系数 ,并给出一实例。By the theory of spherical particle diffraction and square aperture diffraction,the correctness factor of using square standard particle plate in place of spherical standard particle plate is presented.An example is als presented.This method can greatly reduce the cost of standard particle plate.
