摘　　要：产业创新日益成为各国各地区关注和研究的焦点。京津冀的崛起将以新产业的出现和产业创新为先导。这既符合产业发展的新趋势,也是区域发展的必然要求。京津冀产业创新应进行合理的制度安排,在产业和技术方面做出重大新选择,率先实行产业创新的综合试验,推行技术扩散创新战略和实施产业创新分工、一体化协作战略。在此基础上,构建该区域产业网络系统,提升整体产业发展能力和竞争能力。Industrial innovation is becoming the focus of various countries and regions concerned and research. Emergence of new industries and industrial innovation will be a pilot of the rise of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. This is in line with the new trend of industrial development, but also be an inevitable requirement for regional development. The industrial innovation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei should carry a reasonable institutional arrangements, make sig- nificant new options in terms of industry and technology, implement the comprehensive test of industrial innovation firstly, Implement the technology diffusion Strategy and innovation Division, Integrated collaboration strategy, on this basis, construction of the regional industrial network system, Enhance the overall capacity of industrial devel- opment and competitiveness.
