摘　　要：轮带式连铸机由于出坯速度快和出坯温度高,已在工业上广泛应用。结晶轮是轮带式铸造机最重要的零部件,对生产成本产生极大影响。针对目前国内结晶轮寿命普遍较低的情况,分析了轮带式铸造机结晶轮在使用过程中出现的主要失效类型及其产生的原因,并提出了延长结晶轮使用寿命的有效途径。The rotary wheel continuous caster has been widely used in the industry due to its high extracting speed and billet temperature. Crystallization wheel is the most important part of the rotary wheel caster and has great impact on the cost of production. With regard to the short service life of the crystallization wheel in China, the main failure types and causes for the failure of the crystallization wheel of the rotary wheel caster were analyzed, and some effective ways were put forward to prolong the service life of the crystallization wheel.
