摘  要:近年来2219铝合金大型锻环生产过程中存在力学性能不稳定现象,特别是淬火、时效后的屈服强度有时偏低,使性能不合格,需二次淬火,而每次淬火后尺寸收缩较大,致使尺寸不合格,达不到标准要求。通过对锻环热处理工艺及淬火后尺寸变化规律的研究,摸索出了最佳热处理工艺以及尺寸变化规律,对以后大型锻环的生产具有借鉴意义。When 2219 aluminum alloy large forging rings were produced in recent years, the mechanical properties were not stable, especially the yield strength was sometimes quite low after quenching and ageing, causing unqualified performances and requiring the seconda- ry quenching. However, the obvious size shrinkage after each quenching gave rise to unsatis- fied size and could not meet the standard requirements. The optimal heat treatment technology and the changing rules of dimensions were obtained after studying, as a reference for the fu- ture production of large forging rings.
