摘　　要：通过对上海某大学医学院临床医学专业2006-2010级的635名医学生进行问卷调查,结果表明该校医学生心理健康状况整体较好,生活应激源及所采取的应激反应对医学生心理健康状况具有重要影响,大学心理健康教育机构和辅导员应重视大学生的心理健康,并对重点人群的不同生活应激采取针对性的干预措施。Questionnaire surveys of 635 clinical medicine majors from classes 2006 through 2010 show that the mental health status of students from the Medical College of a Shanghai based university is fairly good on the whole and that life stressors and stress response have much effect on the medical students＆#39;mental health.The paper urges mental health educators and advisors to pay more attention to university students＆#39;mental health and scale up targeted stress interventions for the key groups.
