摘 要:针对现有立体车库运行效率不佳这一现状,对比分析变频调速与开关磁阻电机调速系统(SRD)的调速性能,提出在升降横移式立体车库中应用SRD,并以4 kW开关磁阻电机(SRM)为例,将现有立体车库运行速度提升1.5倍,利用Matlab Simulink进行仿真。仿真结果表明电机响应时间快,调速性能好,符合立体车库发展趋势。根据仿真结果指出,在后期工作中应注意电机控制策略的优化,减少转矩波动,使车库在实际运行中更加快速平稳。In view of the unsatisfactory operation efficiency of a stereo garage, a comparative analysis wasmade between variable frequency and switched reluctance driver (SRD). Then the application of SRD inthe up - down and translation stereo garage was proposed. By using a 4 kW switched reluctance motor(SRM) as an example, with a lifting speed of 1.5 times more than the existing one, simulation was madeby using Matlab Simulink. Results show a fast response time and a good speed performance, which is inline with the development trend of the stereo garage. And according to the simulation results, to reducethe torque fluctuation, more attention should be paid to the optimization of the SRM's control strategy inthe latter part, which lays a theoretical foundation for the application of switched reluctance motors in thestereo garage.
