摘　　要：参与加强和创新社会管理是检察机关在新时期承担的三项重要任务之一。适应社会管理创新的要求,加强民行检察队伍能力建设,提高民行检察监督能力,这是检察机关推进民行检察工作发展的根本保证。这就迫切要求检察理论界和实务界在正确分析并立足于民行检察队伍能力现状的基础上,深刻认识民行检察队伍能力建设的必要性进而明确路径选择。Participating in strengthening and innovating social management is one of the three important tasks which prosecutorial organizations confront with in the new era .Adapting to social management innovation , strength-ening the competence building of civil and administrative prosecutor team and improving the competence of prosecu -torial supervision are the fundamental guarantee of procuratorial work development .On the basis of the analysis of present situation of the competence of civil and administrative prosecutor team , this article expounds the necessity and possible ways in the competence building of civil and administrative prosecutor team .
