摘  要:目的:研究D-半乳糖诱导的衰老大鼠模型在行为学上发生的变化,对其进行阶段性的Morris水迷宫测试,分析D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠在不同时期的空间学习记忆能力的改变,从而论证D-半乳糖在造脑衰老模型方面的可行性。方法:5% D-半乳糖100 mg/(kg·d)连续腹腔注射大鼠9周,应用Morris水迷宫方法分阶段进行行为学测试。结果:D-半乳糖给药组第4周和第7周的逃避潜伏期、游泳速度及穿越平台区次数与空白组比较差异不显著(P>0.05),造模第8周和第9周逃避潜伏期、游泳速度及穿越平台区次数与空白组比较差异显著(P<0.05),但第8周与第9周的模型组之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用Morris水迷宫法检测D-半乳糖致衰老模型是否成功具有较强的可行性,且把造模周期定为8周比较恰当。Objective :It was to study the changes of ageing models induced by D-galactose in rats on behaviour. Morris maze was tested by phased. The changes of aging rats induced by D-galactose in different phases in spatial learning and memory were analyzed. The feasibility of aging model induced by D-galactose was approved. Methods : Rats were injected D-galactose in a dose of 100 mg/(kg · d) for 9 weeks. The Morris water maze tested the rats' learning and memory ability in different phases. Results : Compared the looking for hidden platform, swimming velocity and times across the platform, model rats had less difference (P〉0.05) between the blank control group in the fourth and seventh week. However, the results of latency, swimming velocity and times across the platform were obviously different (P〈0.05)among blank and model groups in the eighth and ninth week. Otherwise, their was no difference (P〉0.05) among model groups in eighth and ninth week. Conclusion : Morris water maze method has strong feasibility for testing the success of D- galactose inducing aging model and 8 weeks is more appropriate for the modeling.
