摘 要:目的:从免疫学角度探讨人参蛤蚧散对过敏性支气管哮喘豚鼠模型预防作用。方法:采用乱蛋白致敏后,经雾化吸入卵蛋白的方法复制过敏性哮喘豚鼠模型,然后经口灌服人参蛤蚧散,观察该方药对过敏性哮喘模型豚鼠腹腔肥大细胞脱颗粒率的影响以及血清中IgE和总补体含量的变化。结果:与正常对照组比较,人参蛤蚧散预防组和哮喘模型组豚鼠腹腔肥大细胞脱颗粒率均显著升高(P<0.01),血清总补体含量明显降低(P<0.05),血清中IgE含量显著升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,人参蛤蚧散预防组豚鼠腹腔肥大细胞脱颗粒率明显下降(P<0.01),同时该组豚鼠血清中IgE的含量也明显下降(P<0.05) ;血清总补体含量变化不显著(P>0.05)。结论:口服人参蛤蚧散,可以调节机体的免疫功能,增强机体的防御能力,对过敏性支气管哮喘有着良好的预防作用,从而减少了过敏性哮喘的发病率。Objective: From the perspective of immunology to discuss the effect of Gecko ginseng powder on allergic bronchial asthma prevention of guinea pig model. Methods : Guinea pig models of allergic asthma were orally given gavage with Gecko ginseng powder. The mast cell degranulation in asthmatic guinea pigs was studied and total serum IgE levels changes were observed. Results : Compared with normal group, mast cell degranulation in Gecko ginseng powder group was significantly increased (P〈0.01)and serum total complement decreased significantly (P〈0.05)and serum IgE levels were significantly higher (P〈0.05). Compared with model group, mast cell degranulation rate in Gecko ginseng powder group was decreased significantly ( P〈0.01 ) and serum IgE levels also decreased significantly ( P〈0.05 ). The total serum IgE levels did not change significantly ( P〉0.05 ). Conclusion : Oral administration of ginseng Gecko can adjust the body's immune function, strengthen the body's defenses and has a good preventive effect and it also can reduce the incidence of allergic asthma.
