摘　　要：近年来,随着人类寿命的延长,老龄化社会的到来,人们生活方式的改变,骨代谢疾病,如骨质疏松的发病率不断提高,尤其在老年人中已成为发病率最高的疾病之一,严重影响了老年人的健康。因此,近年来,影响骨代谢,造成骨质疏松,甚至骨折的原因受到了中西医学界的关注。近年来研究发现骨不是我们以往所认为的独立的器官,而是内分泌器官,具有内分泌作用,它与其他组织如:脑、胰腺、脂肪组织等相互作用,影响着能量代谢,协调整个机体的生理活动。故影响骨代谢的因素复杂多样,除营养状况、种族和遗传因素、性别、年龄、饮食等,还与血糖水平、胰岛素水平、瘦素、骨钙素、5-羟色胺等相关。以下将骨质疏松与胰腺及脑的关系以及近期中医对于骨质疏松的研究进行综述。In recent a few of decades, with the advent of human longevity, aging society, lifestyle changes, metabolic bone diseases such as osteoporosis incidence continues to increase, particularly in the elderly which seriously affects the health of the elderly. Therefore, more TCM and modern medicine studies were carried out on the reason of affecting bone metabolism, resulting in osteoporosis, even fractures. Recent studies have found bone is the endocrine organ with endocrine effects. It can interact with other organizations such as brain, pancreas, adipose tissue, coordinated physical activity throughout the body. In addition to nutritional status, ethnicity and genetic factors, gender, age, diet and other factors that affect bone metabolism were also related to blood glucose levels, insulin, leptin, osteoealein, 5-HT. The following article reviewed the relationship between osteoporosis and pancreas and brain as well as the recent TCM research for osteoporosis.
