摘 要:动脉粥样硬化(AS)是动脉硬化中最常见、最重要的一种,是心脑血管疾病的主要病理基础。随着社会经济发展和人们生活质量、生活方式的改变,AS以及由其引发的心脑血管意外已经成为人类健康的一大杀手。在西方国家AS的发病率和病死率均占各疾病之首,而包括我国在内的发展中国家,本病的患病率和发病率也在呈不断上升的趋势。因此,建立一个简单易行、有典型病理改变的动物模型已经成为近几年对AS研究的不可轻视的一大课题,许多学者在动脉粥样硬化动物模型的建立上进行了大量的实验研究。其中小型猪模型因有易于诱发冠状动脉解剖学的血液动力学方面与人类很相似,猪和人对高胆固醇饮食的反应相似等特点而在国际上被广泛应用于动脉硬化模型的建立。因此,本文将近几年小型猪动脉粥样硬化模型的研究概况作一综述。Atherosclerosis ( AS ) is one of the most common hardenings of the arteries as well as the main pathological basis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. With the development of social economy and people's quality of life, lifestyle changes, AS and that triggered by the cardio cerebral vascular accident have become the major killer of human health. In western countries, the incidence and mortality of AS was the first, while in the developing countries including China, the prevalence and incidence of the disease also showed a rising trend. Therefore, the establishment of a simple animal model with a typical pathological change has become a major subject in recent years in the research of AS and should not be underestimated. Many experiments have been done by many scholars in the establishment of animal model of atherosclerosis. The mini swine model for hemodynamics and human is very similar. Pigs and people on the high cholesterol diet have similar response characteristics. Therefore, this study reviewed miniature pig model of atherosclerosis in recent years.
