摘　　要：GLP-1主要由正常人体肠道L细胞和中枢神经元分泌的,主要通过调控胰岛素和胰高血糖素的分泌,延缓胃的排空和调节胰岛素的敏感性等途径来调控血糖,是重要的肠促胰岛素。但其除了降糖作用,还可以改善糖尿病引起的神经和心血管系统损伤。临床上中医脑心同治理论在疾病治疗上有了显著的成效,笔者将在这里回顾一下GLP-1对中枢神经及心血管的作用和中医脑心同治理论治疗消渴证的关系。GLP-1 is mainly released by normal human intestinal L cells and c.entral neurons. It is an important intestinal factor, which can control blood sugar mainly by regulating the secretion of insulin and glueagon, slowing clown the emptying of the stomach, regulating insulin sensitivity and other ways. In addition to reducing blood sugar, it also can improve the nervous and cardiovascular system damage caused by diabetes. In clinic, the traditional Chinese medicine theory to treat brain and heart at the same time has a significant effect on the treatment of diseases. The author reviewed GLP-1 effects on central nervous and cardiovascular and theory of TCM to treat brain and heart at the same time to improve diabetes.
