白芍甘草药对治疗原发性痛经实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究不同配伍比例白芍-甘草(炙)药对对己烯雌酚+缩宫素所致大鼠痛经模型的保护作用,筛选最佳比例并进行治疗机制探讨。方法:通过己烯雌酚+缩宫素制备痛经模型大鼠,研究白芍单味水煎煮提取物、芍甘药对不同配伍比例(白芍∶甘草=5∶1,4∶1,3∶1,2∶1,1∶1,2∶3,1∶3)水煎煮提取物和甘草单味水煎煮提取物对其的止痛作用,并对效果较佳组进行进一步研究,测定其组大鼠血清中SOD、GSH-PX的活性和NO、MDA含量。结果:随白芍甘草(炙)比例变化,治疗效果出现双峰现象,白芍-甘草(炙)药对能明显提高血清中SOD、GSH-PX的活性,降低MDA含量,并能提高血清中NO的含量。结论:白芍-甘草(炙)药对可以通过增加大鼠血清中SOD、GSH-PX的活性,提高NO含量,降低MDA含量,调节体内生物信息失衡,进而缓解痛经,对大鼠原发性痛经有保护作用。Objective ： To investigate the protective effect of match-pair of radix paeoniae alba （S） and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparataeum Melle（G） （ S-G match-pair ） in different ratios on oxytoein-induced dysmenorrhea in rats, and to explore the best proportion and treatment mechanism of S-G match-pair. Methods ： To inject diethylstilbestrol and oxytoein into rats to get the dysmenorrheal model and to study the treatment effects of S-G match-pair in varying compatibility proportions with S and G （5：1 - 1：3）, and to determine the contents of NO, SOD, MDA and GSH-Px in the serum after oral administration S-G match-pair in more effective proportions to the model rats. Results ： With the proportion of S increasing, the double treatment peak was observed. As compared with those in model group, the activities of SOD and GSH-PX were obviously increased, and the concentration of NO was increased too. However, the concentration of MDA was decreased in serum in match-pair group. Conclusion ： S-G match-pair has a protective effect on rats with dysmenorrhea induced by oxytocin, and the effects may be caused by increasing the concentration of NO, and the activities of SOD and GSH-PX, and by reducing the concentration of MDA.
